All fine, but noisy walls

A Wonderful Stay with Helpful Staff!

I had a delightful four-night stay! The cozy hotel features a fantastic onsite restaurant with diverse options. Johny at the front desk provided excellent local recommendations. Tip, Check out nearby dining spots for a true taste of the city.

Great staff and breakfast, but weak air conditioning in the room was disappointing.

I had a great experience here. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the gym facilities and the delicious breakfast options. The room was clean and well-maintained....  

The pool area was fantastic for our kids. They loved splashing around and it was a great way for them to unwind after our activities. The breakfast buffet was also a hit, with plenty of delicious options...  

grand mercure has a perfect location in a premium neighborhood. the building is well maintained, and the staff was exceptional. they really went above and beyond to help us out. i particularly appreciated the warm greeting and attention we received from...  

The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the area easily, and the staff are incredibly helpful. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. multiple items were often missing from the buffet, which felt poorly organized. Additionally, the soundproofing between rooms is lacking, leading to interruptions during the night.

great staff but missed extra amenities

The staff proactively suggested different breakfast options during our stay, making our meals exciting. Additionally, they promptly provided us with an electric warmer when we required extra comfort on a chilly night....  

Request a room away from the elevator to minimize noise disturbances from staff early in the morning.

However, the hotel has some soundproofing issues. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, which was especially bothersome early in the morning. The towels felt small and thin for an executive room, and having only two towels for a double occupancy felt insufficient. Additionally, the proximity to the housekeeping area led to early morning noise that disrupted sleep.

It was just a good match for a city break in Sao Paulo with fantastic value for money. The staff always greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. Consider asking for a room away from the elevators for a quieter stay.

The location here is fantastic, conveniently near shopping and restaurants. Staff members are helpful, but there’s room for improvement in room maintenance. I noticed issues with cleaning and noise from the AC. Overall, I had a good experience, but some aspects need attention.
